Nicolas Bearde is a singer that blurs the lines between jazz, soul and blues. With a voice that can caress or confront, embrace or exhort, Bearde exhibits an incredible degree of vocal mastery. This intimate LIVE stream concert will showcase songs from his many projects as well as music from his latest release, " I remember you, the music of Nat King Cole, and promises to be an evening of romantic pleasures.

Nicolas has 6 CD's out on his own label but is also the featured vocalist on sax legend Vincent Herring's chart-topping  CD, “Hard Times"  as well as the vocalist and narrator with Vincent’s "Story of Jazz Orchestra"  a 10 piece ensemble of jazz luminaries( Eric Alexander, James Carter, Jon Faddis, Jeremy Pelt, Steve Turre, Mike LeDonne, Kenny Davis and Carl Allen) who travel the world presenting Jazz music's 100+ year history. 

Glen Pearson is both a noted pianist as well as the current head of music studies at the College of Alameda. He began studying piano at age 6 and was playig professionally by age 15. He has appeared on stage, television, an recordings with such notables as Regina Belle, Jimmy Scott, Diane Reeves, Marlena Shaw, Bobby Hutcherson and Will Downing. Mr. Pearson served 11 years as the Musical/Band Director for the World Renowned Boy's Choir of Harlen and is currently the pianist for the Count Basie Band, when they go back out on the road.

Ruth Davies is one of the most in demand bass players. With a discography spanning jazz and blues, and TV and touring background, she is a show stopper.
