If you know anything about the Sound Room, you know we value good food, fine wine, great music and coming together. During this Pandemic, we can't be together, but to remind you of our love for food, we have started to host a Sunday Roast, named after the UK tradition of people gathering at their local pub on Sunday to enjoy a meal, a pint, and friendship. Our 1st show was a big success, so... we're back. This week Chef Erik will prepare Sweet & Spicy Charbroiled Prok Chops with Atchara Pickles and a Grilled Peach & Radicchio Salad. Chef Scott is behind the camera bringing you the views on how to put this meal together. So wear a mask, socially distance and take care of yourselves so that we can hopefully do this in person sometime soon.
